About onephoto

January 7, 2010.

It’s 01:14. I can’t sleep.

I haven’t made any work for a long time now.  I don’t have any ideas, either.  I’m empty as hell, demotivated. The camera scares me. My expectations are way too high. So much pressure. Where is the fun?

When I started doing photography I was very young, and naive. And I loved it. I remember how proud I felt when I picked up my prints at the lab. I miss that. It all got so complicated now. Or, maybe I got too complicated.

So, from today on, I will make one photo a day. I don’t need a concept or a greater good, not even an idea. All I have to do, is make one photo. The ideas, concepts and greater goods will come along one day. And the most important thing: I will love it again.
